1. General notes

By publishing this Privacy Policy, our association wants to inform the public about the type, scope and purpose of the personal data that we collect, use and process. Furthermore, this Privacy Policy provides you with information about the rights to which you are entitled. We treat your personal data as confidential, in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and also this Privacy Policy. When we process your personal data, e.g. your name, postal address, email address and phone number, we always do so in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and any applicable national data protection provisions.

2. Legal basis and technical and organisational measures

The legal basis for the various processing operations is GDPR Article 6 (1) point a.

In its role as the controller, Composites Germany has implemented numerous technical and organisational measures to guarantee the highest possible level of protection for the personal data it processes. However, internet-based data transmission can always be subject to security gaps, so that it is not possible to warrant absolute protection.

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR, other data privacy laws in the Member States of the European Union and other provisions with data privacy implications is:

All you need to do is let us know by phone or email. If statutory regulations are in place, specifying certain retention periods, data will not be erased, but blocked. AVK has embedded Google Analytics as a component on its website. Google Analytics is a web analysis service. Web analysis is the collection and analysis of data concerning the behaviour of site visitors. Among other things, we collect data that tell us the website from which a person has accessed our site (a so-called referrer), which pages of our website have been accessed and how often and for how long a page has been viewed. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. These are text files that are saved to your computer and which permit an analysis of site use.
